Refunds
I am currently NOT offering refunds or exchanges (or any other kind of reimbursement) for products purchased with PROMO CREDITS. The way they are put in the system, I don't get the predits from any sale... ever. I get Developer tokens which do diddly-squat and are not useable for me, being a Pro Developer. So if you don't like what you bought... tough cookies. Go complain about the Developer Token system to IMVU and make yourself useful.

I AM still offering reimbursements for product sales involving bought credits, just provide the date the object was bought, what the name of it is, and what type of product it is (because more than a few of my hair products are lableed "~M~ Bleak". Be specific. Is it an advent cloud hair? A cho? A link to the product would be wonderful. Also include why you are unhappy with the item you bought. I do not reimburse users who fail to read the product descriptions, nor look at the preview pictures and therefore buy something they really don't want. I only offer reimbursement if you find that I have falsely advertised something, or the product does NOT work and cannot be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. (or if I change it and you are unhappy with the changes.
